Working as machinery and out fitting Superintendent in site office of AMPTC /Seatac for construction of two (2) 82,000 CBM LPG/NH3vessels at (Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries)

• Experience and knowledge of installation of all type of static and rotary equipments (pumps, compressors. blowers, etc).

• Good knowledge of site execution work including resource planning & monitoring

• Experience in working with Major Construction companies and exposure to major / International project Consultants.

• Experience in Oil & Gas distribution maintenance operations

• Practical knowledge of engineering maintenance management techniques, cost and materials controls as budget planning and control

• Working Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

• Experience on prepare Inspection Test Plan (ITP)

• Experience on prepare Welding Procedure Specification (WPS)

• Coordinate with third party class surveyor for drawing approval and construction

• Coordinate with contractor as per construction drawing issued

• Inspection on Workshop fabrication and Welding Work

• Response on the Project/ Site Erection/ Construction

• Good understanding of international codes related to the industry: MODU code, SOLAS, MARPOL, AWS

D1.1, and API 1104.

• Familiar with AWS, API, ANSI, BS & ASME as other code and standard

• Perform Structural Design

• Review design reports and drawings prepare by engineering contractors

• Prepare engineering documents, e.g. equipment installation procedures, weight control reports, etc.

• Lead overall supervision of the administrative and technical affairs of assigned project

• Responsible for assisting the Structural Engineers or Department Head in client liaison. This includes

Contract management, cost and schedule management and change order management.

• Rresponsible for overall project execution to ensure that company scope of services are clearly identified

and Understood by project staff and client project team members

• Review and Approve Technical Bid Evaluations for Purchase

• During the bid phase, works closely with proposal development team to develop a cost effective proposal

that meets owner requirements for integrated propulsion and control systems.

• Rresponsible for the design, test, certification, installation and verification of integrated electric propulsion

systems on board sea-going ships.

• Assists Program and Engineering Management in the development of detailed program plans and

schedules to assure proper sequencing of all design efforts in meeting contract requirements.
