Experience: CROSBY TUGS

Gulf of Mexico 03/17/2007 to Present

• Serving as Chief Engineer aboard oceangoing tug “Crosby Moon” (6,100 H.P. EMD main engines)

o My responsibilities entailed maintaining and troubleshooting, repairing all systems. Systems included electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics and plumbing. Mechanical systems included towing winch, generators and EMD main engines.



BOUCHARD TRANSPORTATION

Eastern States 06/20/2004 to 02/20/2007

• Serving as Chief Engineer aboard oceangoing tug “Brendan Bouchard” (6,100 H.P. EMD main engines)

o My responsibilities entailed maintaining and troubleshooting, repairing all systems. Systems included electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics and plumbing. Mechanical systems included towing winch, generators and EMD main engines.



WEEKS MARINE

Cranford, NJ 12/09/1998 to 06/19/2004

• Served as Chief Engineer aboard oceangoing tug “Matthew” (3,000 H.P. EMD main engines)

o My duties and responsibilities were the same as the above tugs.



GREAT LAKES DREDGE AND DOCK

Southern, CA 02/03/1998 to 12/08/1998

• Served as Chief Engineer aboard oceangoing tug “Melvin E. Lemmerhirt” (4,200 H.P. EMD main engines)

o My duties and responsibilities were the same as the above tugs.



BOUCHARD TRANSPORTATION Co.

Southern, CA and Eastern States 12/20/1995 to 02/02/1998

• Served as Alternate Chief Engineer aboard M/V “Ralph Bouchard” (6,100 H.P.) 1993-1995

o My duties and responsibilities were the same as the previously mentioned tugs



TIDEWATER MARINE WESTERN INC.

Port Hueneme, CA 1982 to1995

• Served as Chief Engineer aboard M/V “Alberta Tide” (6,000 H.P.) 1993-1995

o Duties included maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing all systems. Systems included electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics and plumbing. Mechanical systems included towing winch, generators and EMD main engines. Duties also entailed anchor handling, loading/offloading fuel, water and bulk products such as cement and barite.



• Served as Chief Engineer on M/V “Sea Tide” (2,700 H.P.) 1993

o Performed all previous duties mentioned on M/V “Alberta Tide” except anchor handling. Mechanical systems on M/V “Sea Tide” include mud pump engines, bow thruster and Mitsubishi main engines.



• Served as unlicensed Engineer aboard M/V “Guillot Tide” (2,250 H.P. Caterpillar 399) & M/V “Taylor Tide” (1,800 H.P. Detroit Diesel 16V149) 1989 TO 1993.

o Performed all duties of Chief Engineers as mentioned.



• Served as Assistant Engineer on M/V “Toby Tide” (2,250 H.P.), and M/V “Cannon Tide (2,250 H.P.) 1985 to 1989

o Duties entailed assisting in maintenance and repair as being solely responsible for condition and appearance of engine room.



• Served as oiler aboard M/V “Sun Tide” (9,850 H.P) 1982 to 1995.

o Duties entailed working as a member of an to ensure all equipment remained in good working order.

Assistant Engineer, Limited (Oceans), Designated Duty Engineer Any HP
