•In charge of maintenance, repairs, logistics and operation of all equipment in machinery and auxiliary spaces. Supervisor to engineering department personnel and responsible to the Vessel Master for loading of fuel. Provided safe, efficient and economical operation of all machinery

Surveyor and Shipyard Supervisors to guarantee contract was completed and services were
completed as specified in the contract
•Developed timeline returning vessels to operational status within specified timeframe. Compliant with USCG, ABS, OSHA and Government Regulations as specified in CFR 43, 44, and 46

•Entry level maintenance and operating engineer licensed and trained on the following
equipment: low pressure boilers; all sizes of pumps, valves and motors; electrical generator sets;
large and small diesel engines; Compressed air systems; hydraulics and auxiliary equipment.
•Received specialized training in hazardous waste handling and removal/ disposal, advanced
marine firefighting; damage control; first aid; MSDS and environmental compliance.
•Engineer on two ships, one with combination diesel/ gas turbine and one with diesel electric
