Experience
5 years in Alaska Fishing, Processing, King Crab and Port Engineer. Retired from Washington State Ferries with 38 years. Retired as senior Staff Chisef Engineer, new contruction, commissioning and sailing new Jumbo Mark II class Vessels, 16,000 HP A/C diesel Electric drive and enviromental constructed vessel. Represent many companies who deal with Marine and shoreside equipment for power generation, alternate fuels and construction equipment.
Education
Many years of trainting and classes in controls, power and vessel systems. Hold USCG Chief Engineers License and have spent time as Port Engineer.
Certification
Chief Engineer any HP, EMD, GE, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Farris University in Refrigeration. Siemens, and many more in systems and controls.
Skils
Anything in a vessel, Enviromental, Electronics, Engines, Sea Water pumps and systems, construction, commissioning, sea trials, plant start up, fuel monitoring, fuel and oil treatment. System and engine overhauls, training and supervission.
