Chief engineer

I am mechanical engineer presently working as marine Chief Engineer on offshore DP2 Vessels and earlier sailed on oil tankers until the rank of second engineer, I am having class 1 FG COC from UNITED KINGDOM and graduate degree in mechanical engineering from India. I want to change over to shore job in India, UAE, Gulf or Singapore
