Implement and oversee shipyard repairs and shipyard crews. Manage daily records of propulsion performance and machinery operations including fuel oil and lube oil consumptions. Develop requisitions as needed for fuel oils, lube oils, and all mechanical and electrical spares for inventory control. Maintain environmental, oil pollution, oil transfers, emergency equipment, and emission logs as required. Responsible for overall plant operations in a safe environment and within budget and cost control provided by company.
