Experience
Cadetship (4 1/2 yrs) in the UK with British India.Chief engineer on a 250 ton motor yacht at 23 years of age. Canadian merchanant navy for 7 yrs. on overseas and Great lake ships, ending up as a licensed chief engineer. Over 6 yrs sailing on US flagged ships. Currently a chief engineer on a 1000 ft 67000 h.p. motor vessel, sailing overseas.

Portsmouth Polytechnic: Mech. engineering.
Certification
Canadian first Class motor license
USCG Chief engineers licence unlimited h.p. steam/motor
STCW 95 with endorsements.
Skils
Many years of experience with low speed diesels (Sulzer/B & W) as well as medium speed including Pielstick, B & W, Merrlees, Nohab.
Expert rigger, with machining and welding skills.
Good organizer.
