I am an USA citezen but reside in the Philippines, I am serching for a Chief/Rig Electrician postion but I am open to a marine postion. I have all the qualifications for both postions.
Experience
80-84 US Navy Aviation electrician; duties night shift supervisor. Maintain and repair all elecrical system, PM program.
85-94 Marine Electrician; Service tech for all types of cargo ships, primary duties were Generation and engine Automation
1994 to 1996 Tetra Technology Industrial services; primary duties were the design/construction and maintenance of chemical waste disposal; I assisted in the lay-out and system designs, supervision of construction, commissioning and start up of the process unit
1996 Timco in Malaysia; my primary duties at this time were supervision of retrofitting and commissioning Jack up drilling rigs;
97-00 Ensco International as an Inspector/commissioning engineer
00-01 I consultant for Tetra Technology for 2 Waste disposal units one for Exxon Baton Rouge and another for Chevron
01-04 service tech for M&I Electric Industries ; primary duties were commissioning of M&I SCR, VFD and Generator controls, Service and repairs of all type of electrical system/PLC/machinary
Aug 04-June 09 Seadrill Chief Electrician, I spent basiclly 5 years on the West Alliance a Semi-submersible tender rig

Since the mid 90's to present I have been in the oil field, as an inspector, a service tech for SCR/AC drives/Power generation and controls and PLC systems (Siemens Step 7, Pro-tool RS Logic...).
My wife, 3 year old son and I reside in San juan, La Union Philippines, I have been living in Southeast Asia for 7 years.
My wife is back in University to complete her BSN degree.
We both love golf, water sports and traveling on time off.
