13 years with the national union as chief cook and cook and baker i worked on tankers,frieghters,cargo passenger and container vessels i am very inovative with menus and take pride in my work i sailed with the nmu from 1970 to 1983
Education
culinary institute of america 1968 to 1970 cape cod community college 1985 to present night classes also firefighting classes while in the union
Certification
just discharges from vessels i shipped on stating what my rating was
Skils
excellent cook and also i am a very good baker
i work well with people and i always try to put the best product i can out for crew and passengers on the vessel
