• Supervised over 40 staff members, planned, prioritized, assigned and directed work assignments to personnel; evaluated performance and recommended staff proficiency/conduct reports.

• Counseled staff on personal and professional matters, referred for services as needed and enforced disciplinary actions for non-compliance of department policies and procedures.

• Maintained personnel files, insured files were up to date and that all training timelines were met in a timely manner.

• Gathered and analyzed data used in preparing weekly quality assurance reports.

• Maintained computerized records of inventories, scheduling of inspections, and personnel management.

• Conducted maintenance inspections and used information to prepare monthly maintenance reports and insure inventory data sheets were up to date.

• Administered and supplied 72,000 prepared meals per month on average.

• Managed 3 field mess sites in Iraq which included all aspects of food service, sanitation, and administration with limited resources.
