As a Chef/cook I do the menu preparation and cooking, make the monthly stock inventory, requisitioning,proper rotation and storage of stores. I am also in-charge of the hygiene and sanitation of the galley, refrigeration and dry stores. I have experience working with different nationalities like British, German, Croatian, Polish, Russian, Estonians, Indians, Thais and our very own Pilipino who are from different parts of our island. I am hardworking and easy to work with,I can work under pressure and minimum supervision and eager to learn and accept new suggestions for my menu.

I volunteered as a cook helper in one of the hospital in my country. I’m responsible for the preparation and cutting of the things needed for the day’s recipe, and for retrieving and ordering next day’s ingredient according to the planned menu.
