Designation : Operations Analyst – Port Disbursement Account



Responsibilities :

1. To co-ordinate with Ship Operators to Appoint Ship Agents in different Sea Port of the World before Vessel Port call.



2. To deal with Port Disbursement Account for the Ship arrival at the Port for both Ship Agent & Ship Operator and Ensure final settlements of cost is done in a timely fashion.



3. To monitor the “Fluctuating Agency Market Pricing” keeping in mind FOREX Rates and advice Ship agency for Adjustments of payments.



4. Have done Tankers, Dry Bulkers & Project Cargoes follow up.



5. Worked cost and settlement w.r.t Appointment Letters & Charter party.



6. To be prepared with world port Tariffs Knowledge for smooth Operational Analysis.

5. Understand & sourcing of technically right Ship suitable for Maritime transportation of the cargos for Charterers.
