Accountabilities:
? Sending Voyage instructions
? Keeping the certificate list and description of ships intact and ready
? Monitoring Voyage Performance, Speed, Consumptions, ROBs, ETA, whether is adhering to voyage instructions.
? Daily cargo report and Turn around.
? Receiving of B/L, approval from Charterer, Quick release of B/L.
? Receiving SOF, preparing Demurrage & Despatch on Vessels (LAY TIME CALCULATIONS)
? Checking and keeping a record whether Agency, bunkering expenses, port dues, hire etc has been paid as per arrangements.
? Update weekly hire.
