Objective
I am looking for an entry level position on the Great Lakes or Inland waters. Preferably on a 28 day or 14 day cycle, so that I can advance my license. If I am not at home I like to work long hours and learn all I can.
Experience
I have one season as a Charter Captain on Lake Michigan
For the last 20 yrs I have been self employed, The last 10 as an owner operator hauling autos to and from destinations in WI,MN,and MI 700,000 miles 15,000 cars accident free, damage claim free,safty violation free, smoke free, drug free. The 10 prior were in construction building light commercial and residential projects from strart to finish.

Owning an Auto Transport for the last 10 yrs I have most all of the maintainance on the truck and hydraulic trailer. I also have done all the Maintainance on all the boats I have owned and installed many new items. I have also done all the state and federal paperwork involved in both buisneses
Any of the dealerships I delivered cars to always had me come back. Many always said if I ever needed a job I could always come to them, But I want a job in the maritime industry. I am very dependable and trust worthy and generaly a nice person to be around.
