Job Function:

As Service Delivery: ( Senior Processing Officer )

• Assist Location to prepared Standard Operating Procedures and suggest the process improvement

• Identify areas for improvement in service delivery (cost / data quality / productivity / customer requirements) based on customer feedback /proactive analysis of operational efficiency /effectiveness.

• Mapping of Migration Activities and SLA ( Task list , SOP , )

• Formulate sub-action plans to meet objectives and goals of the migration plan.

• Follow up action plan closely and ensure that target and deadlines are met by countries focal points.

• Keep the Operation enable updated with all the Operation activites.

• Ensure good communication and respect between GSC and stakeholders.

• Participate in internal team meetings and contribute with ideas/suggestions for overall improvement of the operations business unit.

• Taking initiative to Coach team members to excel in performance.



As Business Contingency Planner. ( Senior Processing Officer )

• Conduct monthly contingency test between Area-GSC and GSC-GSC

(Between the location-service center and service center –service center)

• Evaluate the requirement of the changing business

• Review and formulate action plans for the challenges and obstacles

• Establish standardization and continual improvements.

• Keep the Operation Contingency site update with the SOP/Task List

Applications.



As a Planner: ( Processing Officer )

• Preparation of the daily deadline

• Vessel Scheduling and Voyage generation ( Schedule & Proforma )

• Preparation of the Daily Performance report of the team members

• Reporting to Cluster Offices situated in Spain & Italy, Weekly Performance report (of KPI Tasks handled) in Mumbai.

• Internal Reporting to Operation management of Weekly Data Quality & Timeliness Issues and Ensure data Quality levels are maintained.



As Team Member: ( Trainee )

• Preparation of Load/Discharge/IMO/OOG/Reefer list involving submission of reports/manifest and DGD to Terminal Offices & Customer desks, scrutiny of each & every unit/container with regards to type of cargo loaded/ discharged

• Planning Transshipments of Cargo on Next available Vessel as per Terminal advice

• Updating of vessels Arrival/Departure details w.r.t specific ports

• Release of vessel in RKEM involving systems updating Load/Discharge/Gate/Restow moves in RKEM System w.r.t specific Port, final analysis of cargo/units which are actually loaded, reporting short-shipments, overloaded or over landed containers & informing next port regarding Vessel Release, RKCO updates.

• Create Sailing and Arrival Data , Release vessel in RKDS

• Clearing B4/B5 reports and RKMSR01 errors

• Checking short shipped / over landed containers and planning the shortshiped units

• Clearing of rejected moves in RKEM



P&O Integration

Have also Support the for P&O Integration to Maersk Benelux (Rotterdam)

( Take-over of P&O Needloyed by Maersk Sealand. )

• Training of P&O Needloyed staff

• System Alignment of P&O Needloyed cargo data to Maersk Line data.
