Objective


I seek a position as Captain or Mate. I am a highly experienced Maritime Professional holding a current U.S. Unlimited Tonnage Master’s License, Upon Oceans, also Master of Towing Vessels Upon Oceans and Western Rivers. STCW 95.


Experience


2006 to Present:

FAIRFIELD INDUSTRIES; Chief Mate: Seismic operations requiring source and recording vessel

synchronization utilizing radio-telemetric buoys

*SV Fairfield Endeavor; US Gulf

2005:

DOLPHIN TOWING INTERNATIONAL, INC.; Captain: Oilfield Towing Operations. Drilling Rig Towing, Semi submersible and Jack up. Barge Towing. Ship Towing. Salvage and Emergency Operations. Anchor Handling.

*Dolphin III (16,500 HP Rated Class, 150T Bullard Pull): US Gulf & Bahamas.

2005:

STOLT OFFSHORE; Captain: Live-boat and four point anchor operations.

*Various dive support vessels: US Gulf

2004:

HORNBLOWER MARINE SERVICES; Chief Mate stand-in): High Speed Vessel (HSV). Military Operations, USMC, passengers and roll-on/roll-off.

*M/V Westpac Express: Okinawa, Mainland Japan, Korea.

2002-2005

DELGADO COMMUNITY COLLEGE, New Orleans, LA; Maritime Instructor and Course Curriculum Developer: Training utilizing Transas Ship, OSV and Towboat Simulator.

Wrote and developed new Celestial / Coastal / Terrestrial Navigation courses which achieved USCG certification

Team leader developing inland towing simulator training program. Successful corporate client public relations which produced contracts. Water survival, HUET and STCW trainer.

Hurricane Katrina destroyed our former home in Slidell, Louisiana. Our family is now relocated in Down East Maine.
