Education
High school and various continuous training programs required to maintain licenses.
Certification
1600 ton master,3,000 ton international,harbor pilot unlimited Saipan,harbor pilot unlimited Tinian.
Skils
My skills obviously are obviously operating all types and sizes of vessels in all weathers and conditions in a safe manner.People skills also OK.
Have been residing in and working around these Northern Marianas Islands 21 years now and have had many interesting experiences.Fishing,diving,transporting tourists,taking scientists to remote islands,etc.
