Objective
I am looking for a position in the capacity of Captain on either a commercial vessel or yacht; would also consider a position as an estate manager. I would also like to oversee a new build, or deliveries as well as vessel management, either domestic or foreign.
Experience
I have worked in both the commercial and yachting sides of boating. I am currently a Captain doing ship assist and Pilot boat. I have captained on commercial vessels doing offshore towing, inland and construction pushboats, as well as Captain and build Captain on private and charter yachts up to 178 feet. I have experience in the Caribbean, Great Lakes, ICW, as well as numerous Pacific and Atlantic crossings, with five Mediterranean seasons, Alaska and Asia.
Education
High school grad, US Navy, Commercial Diver,
Certification
USCG 1600 ton Master, 3000 ton international,Oceans, master of tow, GMDSS, Radar, STCW, NAUI Diver.
Skils
Well versed in wheelhouse management, accounting, personnel management, engineering and refit, seasonal trip planning and itineraries, paint and prep, both exterior and interior, welding and fabrication, underwater maintenance.
