Responsibilities include corporate entertainment, fishing tournaments, organizing charity auction trips and family functions, as well as the maintenance of two additional boats and two residences. Coordinate customer outings, transportation, dinners, and accommodations. Duties also include all boat maintenance, service, and relocation between Islamorada and Key West. Compete in the Annual World Sailfish Championships in Key West and The Dolphin Tournaments in Islamorada. Accountable for all finances associated with operations, maintenance, and entertainment.

Responsible for all marina operations including 6-bay service facility, 4 leased facilities, ship’s stores, and full service bar and restaurant. Planned and directed capital expenditures to upgrade all facilities and initiate restoration projects throughout entire property including service department. Computerized service department inventory tracking system, liquidated obsolete parts, updated tools and equipment, and remodeled shop facility. Improved quality of service by negotiating exclusive contracts with skilled contractors. Doubled the number of authorized service lines by adding Mercury and Volvo franchises. Streamlined and automated entire property’s administrative and accounting functions. Developed customer-friendly policies and services, increased customer amenities, improved store inventory and profitability, and provided HAZMAT disposal areas for customers to eliminate illegal dumping. Developed numerous strategies and implemented programs that significantly streamlined operations, improved customer service, and increased profitability.
