I have lived on Lake Superior my whole life. I love the water and I am looking to make a career around the water. I am very ambitious and willing to work.
Experience
*Pictured Rocks Boat Cruises June 2000 - present
Started working at the age of 15 as shore duty/deckhand, after four years I went and tested for my 100 Ton Masters License. I have been working as a Captain ever since. This past spring I was promoted to Shore Foreman, and I am still operating as a Captain.
*B Line Express Inc. October 1999-May 2005
I have worked as a Mechanics Assistant, Equipment Operator, and a Over the Road Truck Driver. I have filled in these positions around my work at the Pictured Rocks Cruises, and also during my winter time lay offs from the boats.

I have operated comercial passenger vessels for four years, i have deckhanded these same boats for four years also.
I have heavy equipment operating experience along with semi truck operation. Along with operating I have maintenance and some mechanical experience.
I am very ambitous and very willing to work as hard as needed to help make the company I work for successful. I am 22 years old and look to start my career as soon as possible. I am seeking a permanent full time job. I am also willing to relocate to anywhere to find this career.
