Objective
I would like to relocate to a warmer climate. Hopefully I will find a job running a boat for someone as a captain or mate. I hold a 100 ton USCG license and would like to work it.
Experience
I worked my way through college running freight and ferry boats to the outer islands in the MDI area of Maine. I have been an educator for many years and would like to return to the sea. I owned my own boat and was a lobsterman for six of the last ten years. I have delivered boats up and down the east coast of the U.S. for several years. Much of my experience has been for private families who summer in the Northeast Harbor area of Mount Desert Island. I enjoy working with the public.
