Objective


I would like to be able to use my experience and knowledge in either working on a vessel that is coastal (not away from home for more than 30 days, or in a shore-based support positio n.

Wingstone Toy Company Fleet Manager January '03 - July '10

Property Management Company

Location: USA

Duties: Manager for three different vessels (M/V Who Cares, S/F So What, S/F Whatever)

which included producing and controlling a yearly budget, management (scheduling, payroll,travel and accounting) of all crew / staff for five different properties and boats. At times I was needed to run either of the Sport Fishing which included a tournament in 2010.



M/V Who Cares (106' Private) Captain January '03 - July '10

Build: Serenity

Location: East Coast USA - ICW, Bahamas, Virgin Islands, Nova Scotia

Duties: In charge of producing a yearly schedule, accounting, crew management, planning and controlling yearly yard maintenance periods. The vessel also towed two tenders and supported a crew-car. I also ran the fleet Sport Fishing boats when needed.



M/Y Summer Love (105' Private) Captain August '99 - November '02

Build: Feadship (A wooden classic) Hull #47 - 1955

Location: East Coast USA - ICW, Caribbean

Duties: I joined this vessel after a long hull restoration project in Virginia with no original crew. I hired a new crew and put the boat back together in time to cruise in November of '99.

I was responsible for accounting and crew management. This boat supported a very large Irish/Catholic family (around 70 in total) so we were always on the move and extremely busy with only four crew. During this time I also planned and managed an extensive $1.25M / 6 month re-fit which

included installing stabilizers and a bow thruster, the rebuild of both original engines, house strengthening, new teak decks and a new paint job.



M/V Sampson (97' Supply Vessel) Captain November '98 - June '99

Build: Florida Coast Builders

Location: Bahamas, Fort Lauderdale

Duties: As well as accounting I also maintained the engine room. This vessel was the support for a private island in the Exuma's for all of it's needs. We (2 crew) would go to Fort lauderdale once a month for supplies, and when we were not travelling we helped on the island and entertained the owner and his guests.



M/Y Contemplation (150 Private) First officer July '97 - November '98

Build: Puglia Custom

Location: Florida, Bahamas, Grenada, Mediterranean

Duties: Included normal deck and tender maintenance. Assisting the Captain with crew employment/termination, a six month yard period for structural modifications in Italy,

preparation and moving of the boat.



M/Y Shamwari (151' Private/Charter) First Officer December '96 - May '97

Build: Benetti

Location: Bahamas, Virgin Islands, Caribbean, Mediterranean

Duties: Normal deck responsibilities being deck and tender maintenance, and taking care of the water sports department for both owners and charter guests.



M/Y Lady Crystal (100' Private) First Officer May '96 - October '96

Build: Broward

Location: South Florida, Bahamas

Duties: Some docking and helm time. Created maintenance lists for Captain. Maintained exterior, an inflatable tender and a 30' Donzi. Provided owner and guests with their requests.



M/Y Samantha Lynn (150' Private) First Officer May '94 - December '95

Build: Puglia Custom

Location: East and West Coast of Florida, North Carolina and Georgia, Bahamas, Caribbean, South America, Panama, South Pacific

Duties: I joined the vessel in Bonaire, traveled through the Panama canal and cruised the South Pacific (French Polynesia). Due to a family members health the boat returned to the US cutting short a planned around the world voyage so obtained thousands of sea miles in a short

time. The boat eventually sold to a new owner.
