I report internally as well as ultimately to the Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command, regarding compliance by various Sub-Contractors / Partners with the global POV contract. I Provide customer service to military service-members with regard to their shipments. I also assist team members to ensure contractual compliance by making quarterly site assessments at field locations as well as provide support / guidance to those locations.

I was responsible for the daily reporting of a 5 million dollar quarterly payroll of 188 union employees. My responsibilities also included but were not limited to, the daily operations involved with opening the terminal, dispatching drivers, monitoring equipment usage and OSHA compliance, P&L responsibilities with regard to daily overtime and straight time hours usage and discipline as well as conflict resolution within the organization. Max cost saving: 34% hours' usage/day.
