Inspect all parts of a vessel during the building phase. Work with All department Managers, Supervisors, Group Leads and line personnel to keep boats on schedule. Test newly constructed 52-60ft vessels prior to leaving the assembly building. Program entertainment, Electrical, Navigation, Fire Fighting and Dewatering systems. Test Mechanical gear, engines, generator, running gear. Conduct on water testing-evaluating engine controls, Water tight integrity, navigation systems, running gear and ground tackle. Build owner information packs and serial number documentation. Trouble shoot, repair, remove and or replace electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Conduct all types of Warranty repairs. Deliver vessels to U.S. Ports.
