Vice president of Marine Operations – responsibilities include Conducting on site Feasibilities study for proposed Hovercraft routes. I have established a program to transition retiring military Hovercraft Masters into civilian equivalent. Provide shore logistics and set routes for a start-up hovercraft company. Assist in the manufacturing process and support management in build decisions. Ensure all USCG regulations are followed during the build process. Review all employee applicants for possible employment.

Maintenance Manager – Supervised and coordinated a staff of 10 personnel to maintain all vehicles and grounds for a 135 home community. To include a Back Hoe, Tractor, 6 Trucks a small Train and tracks. Back up Captain for the community owned 150 passenger ferry.
• July 1984 – July 2004. U.S. Navy
Chief Petty Officer - Retired from the US Navy as a Chief Petty Officer after 20 years of service. Specific accomplishments include:
• Signalman – Duties include but not limited to - Expert look-out, read and correct navigation charts. Visual communications, transmit and receive mores code via flashing light. Send and receive semaphore. Send/Receive and decipher flag hoist.

Skils
Qualified on Yard Tug Boat (YTB) as Master 1998- 2000 Norfolk Naval Station assisting the pilots with the docking of over 300 ships ranging in size from 300’ to 5000’.
Qualified on Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) 2001-2004 Accumulating over 1000 hrs of operating time to include operations along the US East coast, Mediterranean and the Persian Gulf.
