Privately owned yacht used extensively by the owner and his family. Lady Francine was also used for private all inclusive charters. I implemented numerous mechanical and cosmetic improvements to the vessel. I was responsible for all mechanical, exterior and interior maintenance. I planned all primary logistics and then trip itineraries relevant to the guest’s preferences and specific to their chosen activities.
I also provisioned, prepared and cooked meals to a gourmet standard.

Tradewinds Cruise Club – Catamaran Charter Company
As Charter Captain I was responsible for the maintenance and performance of my vessel. With 10-12 guests on board each week, their enjoyment of the voyage was the key to success. That required accurate provisioning, a beautiful & clean yacht, and smooth sailing. On a commission basis I successfully promoted and sold yachting packages to the clientele, with a 25% closing rate.
When the company expanded to include Belize I was instrumental in setting the complete infrastructure for the base. This included: sourcing and flying in provisions, employing and training dayworkers (with language barriers), organizing a Belizean Customs agent for the ordering and receiving for all items, from mechanical to recreational otherwise unattainable locally
