Master of Tugboats transporting personnel and barges with drilling equipment to over 30 sites on the New Bedford Harbor Project waters within +/- 1.0 feet of proposed DGPS sites for various and core sample drilling; transport Tug Little C and 70 foot barge back to Jersey City, New Jersey

Master of Northeast Maritime Institute’s M/V Morgan 65ft.62 ton Army T-424 ship used as a training platform for Able-Seafarers Certification and practical exams i.e. radar, anchoring, helm commands, lookout and watch standing.

Master of a 48 passenger crew/supply vessel M/V Seabreeze from Deer Island, Boston Harbor Project, and M.W.R.A. dock to IB 909 jack-up platform positioned over Outfall Pipe 16 miles offshore

Master of Boston Waterbus Services’ M/V Seabreeze, and the M/V Knott’s Island a 99 ton landing craft used as substitute and relief vehicle to Spectacle Island, other outer islands, plus outfall worksites in Boston Harbor Project.

Master of a 48 passenger crew transport vessel over 60 tons; managed full operations including sea trials, safety inspections, and engine maintenance; implemented schedule of a minimum of 24 legs in 12 hours; serviced Spectacle Island rehabilitation project as part of Central Artery/Third Harbor Tunnel (CA/T) Project (“Big Dig”) Boston Harbor Project. Constantly on call as emergency transportation. M/V Knott’s Island a 99 ton landing craft used as substitute and relief vehicle
