GENERAL BACKGROUND: Over 17 years of experience in many aspects of boating in a wide variety water environments as a boat owner and Captain. Master of Motor Vessels, in charge of all day to day activities including; navigation, radio operations, maneuvering and maintenance, as well as managing crews, upkeep and cleanliness. Experienced as a Co-Captain of a 100ft Catamaran Fast Ferry Service for 149 passengers, 300 miles round trip from Ft. Myers to Key West. Excellent experience as a Captain for a number companies specializing in organizing tour excursions for up to 500 people aboard a 226ft. Catamaran. Excellent exposure to a wide variety of entertaining activities such as; Cruises for Casino Gambling, Sunsets, Lunch/Dinner, Shelling, Fishing, and also, has in-depth knowledge as a Navigator and Commentator. Preformed a number of sea trial projects. Additional experience in starting up a successful business which involved identifying markets, locations and the entire construction process for a turn-key operation. Managed business generating markets and sales, products, marketing plans, managing the financing arrangements, overseeing operations and all accounting of profit and loss. Sold businesses at a profit.
