Experience
I have worked for Crescent Towing & Salvage since 1978 and am still employed as captain at Crescent on their tugs. I have experience at ship docking, barge handling and have captained their boats offshore to Crescent’s other ports of operations as well. I hold a Master of Towing Vessels upon Near Coastal waters and Western rivers, for vessels under 200 GT (Domestic Tonnage), 500 GT( ITC Tonnage). First Class Pilot of any gross tons upon the lower Mississippi River from mile 88 AHP to mile 234 AHP. (License # 1075417) issue #6, Expiration 7-12-2009. I have also worked as a contact pilot on the dredge Wallace McGeorge for the pass 3 seasons.
