Seeking a Captain position aboard a very recreational motivated vessel for surfing charters or diving excursions.
Experience
Aug. 2007-Feb.2008:Captain, 2007 64' Viking Sport Fish, responsible for crew of two,all maintenance and tournament scheduling, safety of guests and crew paramount. Activities include North Atlantic tuna and billfishing, Sailfish tournaments in Southern Florida. Numerous coastal transits from New Jersey to Southern Florida and the Gulf of Mexico VIA the locks through Lake Okeechobee, and many Gulfstream crossings and cruises through the Bahamian chain.
2002-2006 Tow Boat US, Barnegat Light, Towing and salvage Captain
2002-Present LBI Boating Instruction Inc.- President and main instructor teaching recreational boaters safe boat handling and emergency procedures aboard their boats and on their local waterways. The Stae of New Jersey Requires all power boaters to achieve a boating safety course certificate.
