Objective


I am seeking advancement in a progressive, professional atmosphere where I can use my 20+ years of experience in catering.


Experience


I have worked primarily in the pizza, bar and restaurant industry for 20 years including Pizza Hut, Boston Market, Tony Roma's, and family owned Sports Bars. Through these employers I have: organized kitchens to include smallwares, food storage, food inventory and ordering, food cost analysis, equipment maintenance and calibration, and staffing; prepared a variety of short order and casual dining menu items; developed customer relations skills with a variety of patrons.


Education


I have a High School Diploma from Southwest Dekalb High School in Decatur, GA.


Certification


Previously held Pima County (AZ) Health Certificate (1990-1993).


Skils


Experience with Bakers-Pride and Middleby-Marshall Conveyor belt ovens, Hobart dough and sauce mixers. Disassemble/ Assemble Middleby-Marshall conveyor belt oven and recalibrate in 1.5 hours. I can make a hand-tossed homestyle pizza dough up to two foot in diameter.
