· Technical Purchasing and inventory management for Marine Dept. (Deck & Engine) & Facilities.

· Assist in cost control, budgeting, forecasting & operational trend analysis.

· Prepare, manage & monitor incoming/outgoing LGA’s (Landed Goods Advice).

· Process material requests, Land Goods, Purchase Orders and continuous stock updating through the Tekna / Amos system.

· Purchasing, receiving and storing of Facilities stores, processing of LGA’s for the division.

· Assisted the Facilities Manager in budgeting , stock control & operational level of inventory.

· Worked with Inventory Manager, Stage Production , Video/ Sound & Lights divisions for technical purchases or landing goods.

· Hotel crew monitoring of T&A (Time and Attendance) and daily work scheduling.
