  • Arranged, organized system in house to fulfill the compliance of AEO and persuaded to International customs (Indian Customs) department Government of India to obtain certification and with in 30 days completed all formalities and certificate has been awarded by concern department.

  • Implemented process enhancement initiatives through measures such as setting up a commercial team of 7 main heads with their supporting staff in back office for a particular liner service between 7 ports pair to take care of their all requirements and activities of respective port’s agent including SOA (at first instance after that it would transfer to finance team) that resulted in 

all utilization of equipment and space of the ship properly, with effort of seven port’s PIC finance team may complete reconciliation of account in time                                       and push agent to remit the money immediately to the head office which is optimum benefits for the company

  • Oriflamme Cosmetics movements to Europe- Being Employed in Yusen Logistics, its key account handled by self, since cosmetics items were quite sensitive to move in containers and we have done this project successful approx. 4 years with end to end solution with in stipulated time frame
  • Movement of Plants for Showa India- A Japanese manufacturing company was willing to move their part production units to Japan and Yusen Logistics being a Japanese company was given opportunity to handle this project with end to end solution
  • Maruti Suzuki Passenger Car Movements to Montevideo - Maruti Suzuki, India was intended to move more than 300 passenger cars to Montevideo as it was going in RO/RO ship but we had convinced them to send in container which is more economic and smooth handling. At last customer at receiving end was very much satisfied
  • Tata Motor Full Vehicle Movements -It was quite challenging project for movement of commercial vehicle stuffed in container deliver at destination with 0-.5% damage
