ARI Properties Walker, Louisiana February 2005 – Present

Managing Partner – Real Estate: Property Management, Sales, and Construction.

Responsibilities: strategic growth of the company’s real estate investments through development, construction and acquisition. Growth of a client base of commercial investors and continued management of their investments. General Contractor of construction projects throughout several parishes. Delegate duties to employees consisting of: office staff, agents, subcontractors, and maintenance.

• As a commercial real estate broker, grew client base via commercial owners, advertising, and referral. Specialized in locating land and properties suitable for the individual needs of each client.

• Developing start to finish: residential subdivisions such as: Emerald Estates, Village Maison, and Oak Heritage, and commercial developments such as: Walker Industrial Plaza (an office/warehouse development) and Village Business Park (retail and office park).

• Company now manages over $25 million in assets ($7.5 million Company owned) and had $2.7 million in gross revenue in 2011 from construction and leasing.



Komodo Wireless Los Angeles, California Jan 2003 – February 2005

Owner - Exclusive dealer of T-Mobile wireless products and service.

Responsibilities: Operations, marketing, strategy, sales, financing, human resources, hiring, firing, compliance, PR, etc. Delegate responsibilities by building a management team over each store location and central office.

• Founded a strategic start-up business during T-Mobile USA’s initial market launch.

• Defined key locations, negotiated leases, designed floor plans, and managed construction of 4 franchise retail stores throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. .

• Hired and trained a 32 person management, support, and sales team. Helped created company protocol and manuals vital for training, structure and control during growth period.

• Grew annual revenues to over $1.8 million in 2003 and sold business in 2004.

Financial Advisor - Private Client Group

Responsibilities: providing sophisticated financial solutions to the high-net-worth and small- to mid-cap businesses. Guide clients' decision though variety of financial instruments. .

• Completed POA training program in 9 months (versus usual 1 ½ year program).

• Developed client base by networking existing contacts, telemarketing, seminars, and direct mail.

• Partnered with senior broker specializing in MLBS and created “one stop shop”.

• Team produced $135 million in “Private Client New Business” during 2001.

• Targeted and closed high profile clients such as Lod Cook (former Chairman of ARCO and Co-Chairman of Global Crossings), and Paul Cooper (Vice President of Universal Music).
