Experience
Mostly worked for cruise lines from S/E Alaska to Sea of Cortes/Baja including cruises on the Columbia/Snake rivers and a few seasons in French Polynesia inter Islands. Started as deckhand (1984) up to Captain (7+years). Vessels were under 100 ton US, 35 to 117ft in length with crew of 25 and 70 to 100+ passengers.
Education
Completed High School then 3 years technical college in Tahiti for Associate degree in tourism business.
Certification
Master 500 Ton N/C, STCW with Security Officer and GMDSS endorsement. TWIC and A/B cards. 1st Aid/CPR with 40Hrs Med. training, ARPA, Crowd Control, BRM,.
Skils
Basic computer and office equipment, experience with motorized rescue skiffs, Zodiaks... Knowledge of hand and power tools.
