Objective
I would like to stay in the maritime field because I love what I do. I would like a change in pace and be able to keep my family in one place.
Experience
Oct 2002 - now United States Coast Guard
I moved up 6 paygrades in less than five years due to a lot of hard work and knowing what I wanted. I have done both sides of Boatswain's Mate(deck and navigation). I have done navigation for the last four years, preparing charts and standing QMOW. I am currently working on Underway OOD. I am qualified to stand quarterdeck watch and JOOD.
