• Selected by unit Commanding Officer to represent MSST 91104 on development committee, designated to establish noncompliance boarding operations doctor.
• Handpicked by Commanding Officer to train and advise Haiti Nation Police on establishing training programs building basic law enforcement functions. Mentored provincial level police officials in developing issues related to arrest procedures, record keeping, firearms training, confidentiality and all areas of operational activities. Developed special response team directed to suppress gang activity. Provided CQC training, team building and team leader development.
• Assigned to County Organized Crime Task force as elation officer supplying special water born mission capabilities.
•Training coordinator for local, state and federal law enforcement agencies interacting with USCG Maritime Safety and Security Teams.
•Trained and supervised 12 man team which had to remain in constant readiness to move anywhere in the world within 12 hours and be fully capable of going into combat on arrival. Team deployed over 30 times in-conis and oconis.
