Job Profile :-
Working as a Boarding Officer / Operations coordinator as we are general agents for BBC Chartering, Clipper Projects A/s , Biglift , Jumbo ships , Combilift and
M/s Halliburton.
• Performing in and out clearance of Ship from Customs, Immigration at Jebel Ali Port, Dubai Dry Dock, Sharjah Port and Sharjah Hamriyah Port.
• Sending estimated D/A before vessels arrival Via Da – Desk system and ensure that funds has been transferred to A/c prior vsl’s arrival.
• Supervising operation during Loading / Discharging of cargo.

• Preparing Tally sheet and ensure all cargo is discharged / Loaded as per the planned sequence and given quantity.
• Corresponding with Port control at Jebel Ali, Dubai Dry Dock, Sharjah Port and Sharjah Hamriyah Port to berth the vsl without any delay.
• Corresponding with Port Stevedores during Loading / discharging cargo operation.
• Corresponding with Port. Capt / Ch. Officer / Shippers / Receivers during Loading / Discharging Operation and make sure that cargo is being loaded and discharged as per given sequence and Planned Stowage.
• Communicating with all Sub Agents Offices at Various PG Ports during Vsls call at the relevant port.
• Sending Vsl update for PG ports in daily Basis to BBC Chartering – Dubai Office.
• Applying on line transit Visa for Superintendent and Owners to attend Vessels / Meeting / Conference etc in UAE.
• Preparing Seaman entry and exit visa in regular basis whenever there us a crew change at UAE port's.
• Corresponding with sub agent for Crew change when ever there is Crew change planned for PG port's.
• Processing Export Documentation for Halliburton and Hal Chemical Dubai, UAE in a regular Basis.
