Experience
? Oversee and evaluate the operation of equipment for installation on board
? Complete overhaul and maintenance of diesel engines, marine gear and other related equipment
? Supervise the loading and discharge process for the transfer of liquid cargo in bulk, plan cargo operations to ensure an efficient and responsive operation, resulting in significant savings of time & capital
? Keep log of all watch operations, supervise accompanying crew, perform repair and maintenance of allotted machinery; perform other duties as required by superiors.
? Complete overhaul and maintenance of fuel pumps, fuel injectors, turbo chargers and other related equipment.
? Manage all engine room operations and equipment, schedule process movement, equipment maintenance and inventory management.
? Complete overhaul and maintenance of hydraulics, compressors and other related equipment.
? Train extensively as trainee-engineer on all aspects of operations and maintenance of the main propulsion and auxiliary plants.
? Gain technical expertise on various audits related to ship operation, quality control and environment protection.
? Assist in setting up a new preventative and predictive maintenance programs (AMOSD).
? Responsible for ship’s operation and maintenance.
? Coordinate with the deck officers for running the main engine and other machinery as per their requirements.
? Follow the preventive maintenance plan for main engine and machineries and trouble-shooting.
? Perform the main engine mounting and auxiliary engines preventive maintenance as per preventive maintenance schedule on board the ship.
? Perform the breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance of compressor, purifiers and pumps as per preventive maintenance schedule on board ship.

? Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Biju Patnaik University, Orissa, India, 2006
? Graduate Marine Engineering, Singapore Maritime Academy, Singapore, 2006
