Kept inventory current by updating quantity and product type so as to cater to guest tastes. Restored business after entire bar staff turnover by creating and implementing nightly features for each day of the week. Personally trained every new bartender to perform to my standards. Performed nightly bar duties while entertaining up to eighty guests, most of whom I knew on a first name basis. Handled guest grievances in a professional and efficient manner. Maintained bar moral with an energetic use of humor.
