Barge Maintenance Manager

Objective


Manage and supervise major and routine repairs in shipyards. Maintain budget and oversee United State Coast Guard, Certificate Of Inspection, Mid Periods, Internal Structure Exam, Dry Dock, Cargo Tank .Internals. Work with U.S.C.G. on regulations for special conversions of a barge and for certain service’s. Implement safety on Inland barges. I am qualified to do all barge operation, maintenance and repairs of a barge, dockside problems, U.S.C.G. problems, lost primes, damage survey and estimate cost for repairs. I have knowledge of L.P.G. heaters, red flag and Hopper Barges. Able to work on engines, seals, valves, sight glasses, alarms, pumps and packing. Trouble shoot.
