VanEkenvort Tug and Barge 2008-Present Assistant Engineer
Maintain and repair MAK main engines burning #2 D/O and IFO 180 Fuels, Wesfalia seperators, Clayton steam plant, Detroit Diesel and Cummins gen sets. Oversee transfers of heavy fuel, diesel, lube and waste oils.
Grand River Navigation 2003-2008 QMED and Conveyorman/Barge engineer
Maintain and repair Cummins gen sets, pumping of all ballast and maintainance of pumps. Maintainance repair and cleaning of pinch belt unloading system and oversee all unload operations.
