Troubleshoots and repairs desktop and laptop problems mostly in Operating systems (XP) problem.Entertains and processes all pending issues, such as assisting on delivery and pull out, renewal of business permit, licensing, importation permits and others. Performs clerical works, creating spread sheets on excel format, preparing proposal documents and etc. Provides technical and onsite support on Alcatel-Lucent Omni Pcx Office client call problems. Provides technical and onsite support on Selectv mini computer set up boxes.
