? Assist the chief baker in preparing of bread that needs in the restaurant.

? Help the chief baker take the provision from the store that needs for the whole day operation.
? Protect all equipments for damage due to negligence.
? Maintain the cleanliness of the preparation tables and areas.
? Make sure that all equipment and machine are clean and ready for immediate use.
? Observe HACCP procedure at all times.
