Education
I was in charge of the engine room and worked under third engineer.
My job was to take proper rounds of the engine room and verify the normal operation of various machinery.
In case of any defects found, I used to note down the visible abnormalities and parameters and report to the duty engineer for further action.
I also worked with the Chief engineer of the ship and learnt about the various jobs involved in the business of shipping. I also master all tools used in solving engine troubles.
