Set up and currently running vibration routes on a bi-weekly, monthly and bi-monthly basis.
Equipment monitored is 90% variable speed, AC and DC motors through 1500 H.P., bearings, gearboxes, compressors and pumps.
Perform data collection, analysis and consultation.
Write reports on equipment in need of repair prior to failure.
Perform root cause failure analysis.
Additional site duties are thermogarphy, oil analysis, laser alignment and ultrasonic leak detection programs.
