Experience
• Co-ordinate all movements (arrival, berthing - unberthing and sailing of vessels) arranging custom Clearance of vessels calling port the customs officials. Make arrangements for inward & outward clearance,
• Look into berthing prospects of vessels; maintain coordination with port authorities for gaining berthing and pilot movements of vessels under our agency.
Co-ordinate discharge operations and maintain discharge figures in order advice head office and vessel owners charterers and all concerned.
• Make arrangements for crew repatriation, including crew sign off and on.
• Obtaining customs and immigration permission for crew repatriation.
• Approach port officials to keep a watch on port activities and berthing / unberthing schedule.
• Preparing of initial Performa d/a for a vessels call to port
• Approach income tax authorities for obtaining income tax clearance for loading vessels.
• Approach income tax authorities for depositing and income tax clearance for loading vessels.
