Experience
• Co-ordinate all movements (arrival, berthing - unberthing and sailing of vessels) arranging custom Clearance of vessels calling port the customs officials. Make arrangements for inward & outward clearance,
• Look into berthing prospects of vessels; maintain coordination with port authorities for gaining berthing and pilot movements of vessels under our agency.
• Co-ordinate discharge operations and maintain discharge figures in order advice head office and vessel owners charterers and all concerned.
• Co-ordinate loading operations of vessels at reliance terminal, keep a record of loading rate and figures to inform head office, vessel owners, charterers and all concerned.
• Laisioning with master and crew members to look after there stay in port.
• Make arrangements for crew repatriation, including crew sign off and on.
• Obtaining customs and immigration permission for crew repatriation.
• Approach port officials to keep a watch on port activities and berthing / unberthing schedule.
• Approach income tax authorities for obtaining income tax clearance for loading vessels.
• Approach income tax authorities for depositing and income tax clearance for loading vessels.
• Preparing of initial Performa d/a for a vessels call to port.
• Co-coordinating with port officials for obtaining final port bills.
• Preparing final disbursement account for vessels that have sailed from port after completion of discharge/loading operations.
• Making final returns of vessels sailed from port in order advise charterers and vessel owners of expenses.
• Conversion and reversion of the foreign ships into Indian -coastal run.
• Training of new candidates in the company and educating them of the company work and procedures.
