• Arranges Travelling for Marine Personnel.
• Arranging Crew wages, crew medical, Ships Registry Certificates and customs and Immigration for all crew and officers.
• Verification of all crew Qualification Documentation.
• Arranging Port/Police/Customs gate passes for all equipment or materials being removed from or delivered to the ships.
• Arranging Immigration and Police formalities for official visitors.
• Liaising while crew sign on or sign off at ports & arranges hotel booking for crew members.
• Processing of Leave applications, crew wages, crew claims and attending to crew medical requirements.
• Arranging crew transfers processing of all necessary documentation, leave schedules, contracts and maintenance of personal files.
• Liaising with all manning agents and agencies who supply marine personnel to the company.
• Maintains all Files and documentation relevant to marine personnel
• Assist in Vessel Port call liaising with various port authority Officials in Qatar
• Arrangement of Provisions for Vessels and recruiting Galley crew by liaising with Catering Company
