Experience
My experience was mainly obtained in the luxury yacht sector and have worked from deckhand to captain obtaining a lot of experience and knowledge. My greatest achievement to date was managing a fleet of boats and crew to include accounting and budgeting, crew administration (payroll, scheduling, travel), yearly maintenance planning and management, and guest relations.
Education
After finishing High School I became a Carpenter and Joiner and through a bad economy found work in the maritime field in the late 80's. Since then I have continued to further my education in Maritime Schools.
